Tell Lawmakers to Support the Positive Pregnancies Support Act

With the election of our state’s first pro-reproductive freedom legislative majority this past fall and the passage of the PRO Act in January, Minnesota has stepped forward as national leader on individual liberty and reproductive freedom.

Yet we still have laws that do not align with our values, including providing state funding to organizations that use deceptive practices to prevent and discourage people from accessing abortion care. So-called “crisis pregnancy centers” across Minnesota often use false claims about abortion at twice the rate of those in other states, and that they disproportionately target low-income people and pregnant people of color.

State lawmakers need to hear from you that you think ALL Minnesotans should have access to medically accurate and comprehensive pregnancy care no matter zip code or income level.
