In a single, historic legislative session, we’ve made major progress toward making Minnesota a national leader in reproductive rights and justice, abortion access, and health care access.

We’ve dismantled five decades of anti-abortion restrictions. We’ve enshrined the right to abortion in Minnesota law. And we’ve made our state a safe haven for everyone who needs, provides, or helps someone get abortion care.

There’s still more to do.

Significant barriers to abortion access are still keeping too many people in Minnesota from getting the care they need, when they need it — and we will not rest until we’ve cleared those barriers away once and for all.
