Abortion is still legal in Minnesota

There has been a lot of news over the past week about the medication abortion lawsuits making their way through the courts in our country.
The bottom line? Abortion, including medication abortion, is still legal in Minnesota.
But we cannot rely on the courts to protect our rights.
Here’s what you can do now:
Contact your legislator to ask them to pass the Reproductive Freedom Codification Act (RFCA) to repeal Minnesota’s abortion restrictions.
Contact your legislator to ask them to pass the Reproductive Freedom Defense Act (RFDA) to protect providers and patients from out of state attacks on abortion care.
We are following the developments in the FDA lawsuit decisions in Texas and Washington closely and we expect more developments in the coming days as the U.S. Supreme Court becomes involved.
