Holding the Line at the Capitol
This year, anti-abortion politicians came out swinging with bills that would:
- Allow politicians to interfere in private medical decisions through a so-called “Born Alive” bill that spreads dangerous misinformation about abortion care.
- Funnel taxpayer dollars into deceptive crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) that mislead and manipulate people.
These attacks were part of a broader extremist agenda to roll back reproductive freedom in Minnesota. But thanks to you and other grassroots advocates across the state, we stopped them in their tracks.
Minnesota remains a safe haven for abortion access, but the threats aren’t going away. From CPCs preying on pregnant people to national schemes like Project 2025 that aim to ban abortion nationwide, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
